Celeste McLane is Strategic Account Manager at CORT where she serves the FM community with her understanding of workplace trends, space planning and space optimization. Mike Petrusky asks Celeste about the importance of building relationships and industry partnerships at the Capital Chapter of IFMA. As we see changes in the workplace, Celeste offers strategies for keeping pace with the needs of an agile workforce and how facility managers can help organizations create amazing employee experiences. Being a true consultative partner to the FM world and bringing value to our community requires listening first before delivering your workplace solution to prospective customers. Celeste shares some of her experiences and recognizes how special our IFMA relationships can be and she encourages us to build a network of partners so we can be a resource for the entire community of workplace professionals. Mike and Celeste also talk about a classic 80’s movie, a quote from Henry Ford, the inspiration of Dr. Seuss, and motivation from Zig Ziglar!
